ONLINE SALES/RETURN POLICY
The Reid Farm, LLC is committed to providing quality plants to our online customers. You can rest assured that all plants are carefully prepared and packed for shipping; however, we also recognize that once an order leaves our Farm, how the package is handled is beyond our control. Therefore, we want to ensure that our online customers have a clear understanding of our return policy and conditions when purchasing from our online store:
Returns - We do not accept returns. All online sales are final.
Damaged Plants – If you receive a damaged plant, you must contact The Reid Farm via email (Lonny@thereidfarm.com) with a description of the damage and a clear photograph of the damage WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY of said plant. We will review the email and clear photograph to determine on a case by case basis whether the plant is eligible for replacement, as some conditions are a normal part of the delivery process and will not qualify for replacement. We do encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns in this regard. TROPICAL PLANTS THAT ARRIVE FROZEN DUE TO EXPOSURE IN TRANSIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Lost Plants - If your plant is lost by the carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier declares the package as lost, we will issue a refund.
Carrier Delays – The Reid Farm, LLC is not responsible for carrier shipping delays; however, if shipping delays are the cause of irreparable damage to a plant, please email Lonny@thereidfarm.com WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY of said plant, and we will determine if a claim with the carrier needs to be made. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY ORDERS SHIPPED VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE (VIA PRIORITY MAIL, UPS, ETC.).
Cancellations – Should the need to cancel your order arise, you must immediately call The Reid Farm at (407) 929-2892 to advise that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that no cancellations will be accepted once your order has been prepared for shipment.
The Reid Farm, LLC is not responsible for the health of any plant once acceptable delivery has been made. If you have questions concerning the health of your plant, how to plant, growing conditions, etc., please contact us by email at Lonny@thereidfarm.com or by text/phone at (407) 929-2892.
